Edited by: JC Anderson on 23/06/2010 22:32:08 My only problem when they added warp to 0 was that what once seemed like long distances to travel suddenly seemed small.
All in all the Eve universe just felt so much smaller at that point. Granted we all had insta BM's out the wazoo... And despite being a carebear, it's still something I wish they had never changed. I always felt the game is more enjoyable when there is a reason to look over my shoulder and feel paranoid. ;)
Or to clarify I was a 0.0 carebear when I was CEO of an ASCN corp. Now an Empire carebear if that makes any difference.

Originally by: Saelie WTZ was already a fact before CCP implemented it because most everybody had bookmarks that let them do just that. CCP just added the feature to remove the billions of bookmarks this created. Besides, if they took WTZ out, I can bet that most of the people who wanted it removed would be clamoring for it back within two weeks.
Not true.
I want it removed but that is because of the ISK I made selling regional Insta Bookmarks. ;)
Was the easiest way to make billions for awhile. Though I actually MADE mine. Half the ones you'd see for sale were either fake, or sets that somebody bought then copied/sold.

Edited by: JC Anderson on 05/07/2010 06:29:25 I am a carebear yet I've still never been a fan of warp to zero nor the insta bm's people once used
The game in general just seemed bigger to me than it does now. Then again there were no jump bridges or jump freighters back then either. I think perhaps I also miss the paranoia that came with warp to 15 as well.
However I understand why ccp made the change and I believe nothing good could possibly come from removing wtz from the game at this point.
Oh and despite not being a fan of bookmarks I must confess that I do miss the isk I made selling bookmark sets on contract. ;)

Originally by: Viktor Fyretracker id suggest using 0.0 then, a Bubble really alters that WTZ.
Actually it's kind of funny.
Back when I still lived in 0.0 with the ASCN you'd hit bubbles every so often when traveling long distances. This was prior to Warp to Zero.
I hadn't spent time in 0.0 in years until over the last few days. Holy crap bubbles are everywhere! People obviously adapted to the change.
