They are not actively hunting in Decon, just camping the gate. It would appear they are trying to prevent us from suiciding miners in Balle and staging out of Decon. Just making an observation. Discuss!

I thought Decon belonged to the Chimera Raiders and the Meatsausage Express...and I've never seen miners in Decon...you're part of that Alliance, maybe Noir. has a contract out on you guys. I find it hard to believe that out of the goodness of their hearts they would protect miners and stage out of a lowsec system. 3. Just eject them from the Decon side

Alas they are quite keen on hugging the balle gate. The other indication is that they are fitted for instalocking on both sides of the Balle/Decon gate Which tells me that Noir's efforts is for stopping noble revolutionaries like myself from freeing downtrodden miners from under the thumb of the Bourgeois. Fear not I have devised new tactics so that I can further my noble cause. PRAISE THE SCOTTISH FOLD!! THEIR WILL SHALL BE DONE!!

Did you ask them if they currently have a campaign against you?

Did you ask them if they currently have a campaign against you? They tend to proliferate at around the US evening TZ hours (20+ in local around the balle/decon gate at one point). I pity them though because camping gates/stations is hideously boring. PRAISE THE SCOTTISH FOLD!! THEIR WILL SHALL BE DONE!!
