The image fades from black to show a grey-haired Intaki man in an almost iridescent white double-breasted coat with the angular lines common of Achura corporate uniforms. He is seated behind a glossy black desk and is flanked on either side by a young Deteis man and dark-skinned Intaki woman. Both are wearing pristine white laboratory clothing bearing the logo of the Ophidian Corporation--a winged, golden man entwined by the serpents of a caduceus--and they are standing with their hands clasped in front of them. The Intaki man begins to speak almost immediately.
I am pleased to announce today the launch of Project Halcyon, a comprehensive initiative to bring the business of cutting-edge biotech research and medical services to the Placid region and, rich in natural and human resources, the Intaki system in particular.
The image changes to scenes of daily life on the Intaki homeworld. You see images of people living out their lives in the planet's few modern cities and its rural backwaters. Dense vegetation and oppressive heat are apparent throughout.
From our Project Halcyon coordination center here among the peaks of the majestic Akat Mountains, the Ophidian Corporation will bring together the necessary intellectual and material components to make great scientific progress a regular export of Intaki.
Eventually the images transition exclusively to impoverished children and orphans living in the least privileged areas.
There is yet more to come from Project Halcyon and we will not stop at research alone. Per an agreement with the Intaki Assembly's public health department, we are proud to begin providing broad-spectrum vaccines and medical treatment products to clinics in the lowest income districts of Intaki V free of charge.
The video shows scenes of young research technicians, focused on experiments and using a variety of equipment in sterile laboratory settings. An AIMED helps an elderly patient. A child smiles despite an ailment that has robbed her of her hair. Shortly the image fades to white and then back to the gray-haired Intaki man at his desk.
Moreover, Ophidian will soon open a corporate hospital in Intaki to provide specialized and advanced medical services to our customers. This robust, combined effort of discovery and application will ensure the Intaki system is known as a place where anyone can come to find a longer, healthier, better life.
The image fades to black.
After a short pause the following message appears in small lettering: "While every effort is made to ensure that the advanced medical products provided by the Ophidian Corporation [OPHC] conform to governmental regulations concerning their composition and efficacy, the Ophidian Corporation [OPHC] provides those products to customers for use only in sanctioned treatments and procedures and is not responsible for the abuse of those products by the consumer. Always seek the advice of a licensed medical professional before beginning any treatment or procedure."

I find it quite unfair the "I want a Refund" topic is locked, by CCP, i quote; Locking thread for ranting. If you have a valid concern please feel free to post a petition.
I find this a bit unfair as its a valid point on a general channel. If i read the EULA i find;
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as set forth below, CCP's maximum liability for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with your Account, the Software, System, Game, Game Content, User Content, EULA, and any other services or materials provided in connection therewith, shall not exceed an amount equal to the value of one (1) month's subscription fees.
In the event of a material breach of CCP's obligations to provide access to and use of your Account, the System, Game, Game Content or User Content, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be a refund of any pre-paid subscription fees attributable to the period during which you were denied such access and use, or an amount equal to the value of three (3) months' subscription fees, whichever is less. In the event of a malfunction of or your inability to use the CD-ROM containing the Software, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be a replacement disk from the vendor that provided the CD-ROM in accordance with its replacement policy; CCP shall have no liability for the CD-ROM.
I don't see how it can be a trolling thing, as its a fair point be made.
