I use AutoDesk's Sketchbook Pro 2010. Its perhaps the best program I've ever used in conjunction with a pen tablet. Its simplicity makes it a great program for illustration.
By the way, feel free to post in this thread if you would like, I can rename this blog to suit other users EVE Online artwork.

Note: Another good thing to mention is that this piece of hardware is more than expensive. It's UBER Expensive.

Yeah I am working on something right now. I've been putting in a lot of hours at work so I haven't had a lot of time to work on the drawings. I will launch a new idea later today as soon as I fill it in.

Class: Boarding Vessel
Description: AMEN! Someone finally had the balls to introduce a way to take someones ship with unconventional eve tactics. This ship would use the popular militants/marines etc. And actually take over another players ship, killing the pilot, and preventing them or fleet members from boarding the ship.
Con: The crusher causes hull damage, if engaged for too long the ship that is being boarded will be destroyed.
This ship also does not work on anything bigger than a battlecruiser.
This is definitely a rough sketch
