Up for sale is my alt, starter combat pilot. All learning skills at lvl V except presence, which is half way to V.

-Can fly HAC's pretty soon.
-Has enough planetary skills for P3 production on 2 planets, so making ISK is easy.

-Attributes currently optimized for gunnery/spaceship command, remap available.
-Sec status 0.00
At time of sale, pilot will be in safe space.

Yes it does. I can tell you that other than the 5m in learning and 33,250 in planetary skills, the rest is pretty much aimed towards properly flying assault frigates, and working towards HAC's, and the proper support skills for them. Currently a couple days left on Weapon Upgrades V, and still training.
