Eve Files and Eve Search appear to be down.. I think we can all guess why... Chribba in all of his glory did sacrifice himself so that the Tranquility server could live on... In his last dying breath he said.. " It is a far far better thing I do now than I have ever Done..." .. Rest in piece Chribba, may you mine veld forever in paradise! :)

Wasn't so much the original post as the one after it...I can understand typos (they happen to the best of us).
At least now the HERO won't have to loose the Peeve on you, although it's quite easy for it to lose its temper. Too bad really; those folks over there eating their dinners and drinking their beers, they're waiting to see what happens to your posts when you're being attacked. Must remind them of the days of yore or something. 
(All right, I've gotten it out of my system now - and even after double checking I'm paranoid I've gotten one of them incorrect.)

This are slowly starting to retun to normal now. There was a severe power issue taking down a major part of my network. Fried electrical stuff and a DC door being wired to the same powerlines cause an odd problem - how to open the elecric doors when there's no power to run the access system (and ofc why the f was the door wired on the same system as the servers?).
But after managing to break up the floor, and crawl under the tiles and having the elecric guy repair the fried stuff we now managed to restore the power to all things.
However due to the way everything went down (crashed) I'm now facing a corrupt DB on eve-files. So it should all return once the backup has been restored. Some files may be missing during the ~20 minutes from the last backup to the time the server went poof.
Please report any additional errors you may encounter.

Chribba, i had a thought while things were dead! Maybe provide people the magnet links for the torrents as well as the torrent files. That way people can post them in eve-o threads (or elsewhere) and assuming other people are seeding and not just the webpeer, people will still be able to download files through DHT/Magnet enabled bit-torrent clients.
