I have 4 planets, with level 3 colonies in null-sec.
I am setup to make 6 sterile conduits a day self-sufficient other than water(cheap).
I also have a bit of spare t1 and t3. (Good amount of Silicon and Approx 36 smartfabs/day).
Is there any hope in the future of my effort being worth a bit more? If I'm on my toes with my extractors I can see myself making 10m/day, which seems a bit low for being attentive every 5 hours.(2/3 harvest planets are on 1day timer).

Hi there. I am currently setup on 5 planets. I am using the "Advanced" planet thingies. I am able to produce 24 P4 items a day. This is also 100% self sufficient from only using the planets I am on. I would suggest training all of your PI skills to at least level 4s.

What sort of extraction depletion cycles are you using? 30 mins, 1 hour, 5hour, day, or 4 days?

Im producing Polyaramids in WH-0.0 with 3 Planets (2 Extract and make P1, one makes P2 off those P1). I make 50 Polyaramids/hour, 1200 a day.
Currently they sell for about 25k each (24k buy, 44k sell in jita) wich yields me 30m profit (minus all the export/import-stuff) a day.
I use 5h-Cycles (+30min-cycles when im at the PC to have some buffer stockpiled).
I think thats the best way of utilizing PI for profit.
900m should be enough for one Account per Month :p
Abount producing P4: i think it is more profitable to mine P1/P2 in WH/0.0 and export them to Hi-sec and then use a toon/alt to produce P4 off this (or off bought stuff from the market). You only have to haul every 3-4 day with such a setup.

The price point of Smartfabs is deflated by production from NPC stocks and the price is going to rise from it's current ~25k to at leat 60-80k and perhaps much higher because it'sthe key component in Sterile Conduits and POS production.
The same goes for a number of other POS production P3 items, Industrial Explosives, Camera Drones and Ukomi Super Conductors. All deflated because they were made from NPC stocked components. I see those leading the way as NPC stocks are exhausted because they were not available from NPC unlike like Transcranial Microcontrollers, Guidance Systems & High-Tech Transmitters. Which are over prices and heading for a short to medium term crash, until the stocks are depleted.

I wonder what the estimate gain is using 23 hours cycles. (Still undecided to give it a go, although I got the PI skills trained to 4.)
