Well... they aren't coming into the game. They are unusual and not really that common. It's a collectors item. Like mines people like to collect stuff. I haven't exactly seen a lot on the sell forums and that's the only way you are really getting one, so they are kind of rare. You only got one launcher and 1000 snowballs when they came out, and that was per account not char if I recall correctly. If you think about it, sell orders is the only way to sell them...
