Earlier I tried to extend subscription for my accounts using direct debit, this has always worked for me till 2 days ago. I assumed this had to do with the whole server moving thing so I waited till after DT today but it still gives me this error.
Anyone else have this issue?

When you petition, make sure you file it under the Billing+accounts section, to make sure your petition gets priority

lol it takes a billing and account petition the longest to get answered... any other one is usually answered within a day but billing & account takes weeks to get answered

I had a similar issue after the server move and filed a billing petition. The issue got resolved in less then 24h. Thats good service if you ask me.

which gm's body part did u have to suck to get answerred in less than 24hrs?
