After the Villore Accords were dissolved we (caldari) have noticed a significant drop off in war target activity in low sec. Not sure if this is due to mini Gal alliance being disbanded or other ôexternalö factors. Stay tuned for more.

lol, wondered how long it would take for this type of post to be made hehe.
Check the killboards, you'll see how "quiet" we've been - low sec activity remains the same as all the corps are living in exactly the same place as we were previously.
If anything tbh, you might see a swell in numbers in some of our fleets :)

To be honest it doesn't come to me as much of a surprise that MDP are closing for business. This is because a small few in the coalition need to learn that you can't go throwing you're weight around against militia blues if they don't like what people comment. But hey, lets not get hung up on techincalities.
I admire the original plans and the path of which MDP adopted and i truly admire what they have down to quell the Caldari insolence  . I also genuinly wish CDI the same success, as i know that if they do then there will be awesome fights to come.
It will be a loss to the Gallente militia, without that cohesive power bloc in Nisuwa ( i know that ties between the corps will be still close, but never the same as we come to notice) and i think i speak for everyone, when i say congratulations on you're history and the things you've done to turn this militia around, but as i say it was no where near a surprise.

We all have the freedom to troll/of speech and opinions, and you guys CANNOT stop me from posting my opinions- unless you feel that i have broken the forum rules, in which case please petition my posts. ugh. Tek, look. Bi-Po put the nail in the coffin of 8th Order not I. I admit ORIGINALLY i made a comment about your FC-ing, which i have since retracted and apologised for. Other than that comment, all the opinions that i gave were of MDP in general. Secondly as i have iterated before, we all have the freedom of speech and freedom of opinions, and we all have teh right to speak them. Now if you believe if i have broken regulations on posting, then petition my posts. Other than that, you don't have a leg to stand on.
Secondly, i will remind you that even Gallactica has commented on my first post in this thread and said

No Rayce, you single handedly destroyed the 8th whether intentional or not, flaming on these here forums with a personal attack on me. I'm not about bullying any1 but when i see some1 flaming me on the public forums (some1 as insignificant as u for that matter) there is only 1 course of action to deal with that. Your CEO was told he would be wardecced unless you were removed from corp, or an apology was written. The apology was written but it was about as sincere as a crocodile's tears, on top of this other members of the 8th decided to get involved in the conversation and it all went pear shaped.
The point is not about freedom of speech, it's about knowing when to keep your mouth shut, especially on matters you have no idea about ... and yet here you are again running your mouth about another subject you really know nothing of. Go figure, some people just never learn. So i guess it is ur "right" to comment and get involved, after all who would dare to speak out against the ego of one Rayce Farelle?

Firstly, Tek. Yes, i did make an unprovoked flame on your FC-ing skills, for which i apologised for- whether you believe my sincerity or not, is not my problem. Secondly, I wasn't here to particularly attack MDP. I made an observation from outside your coalition about the policies held by a few members ( i did NOT mention anyone in particular) on supposed militia blues. The point is, this is a forum. People are not always going to like what everyone says, but that is the point. By definition the forum is a place of social gatherings, discussions, meetings etc. That means you do not have to like or agree with what a person says to have a discussion with them. If the roles were reversed i would not have decced you for voicing your opinions. I would have queried why you thought that, because- hey we all make mistakes and we can all learn from each other. Yes, you didn't like what i have to say, but does that mean that someone in the original roman forum killed someone else because they didn't like what they said- no.
I came here to make a decent observation on an organisation that has/had significant social impact throughout the factional warfare. And no-one will doubt that the MDP has had a great significant impact on the way factional warfare is run. And think- if a so-called "gutter-hugger" thought this about you, what would/could some of the better pilots think of you?
As i said, i wasn't here to pick the bones of MDP, but you retorted, and so we find ourselves here.
And that comment about my ego. Look, i have had my share of RL and in game mistakes that led to alot of consequences, but i do not like a bully- and thats what you're doing. Your essentially saying that because YOU don't like what i have to say, i'm running my mouth off against your ehonour- but who knows, someone might actually agree with my opinion. Hell, even if no one agrees with it, no one can doubt that it is an actual opinion, and it is allowed to be aired in a place specifically designed for opinions to be aired.
Yes, i might not know anything about the inner-workings of the MDP or member corps, but i commented as an objective outsider, and thats why i said i genuinly admired MDP for what they have done, because i don't know it.
All i was saying was that, from the outside, you have done good for the militia, but you also expect everyone to fall in line and not comment anything discouraging about the MDP. The forum is just the forum. If i said anything close to what i said on the forum, in the live server, i would have said, fine, wardec is fair. However the forum is the forum, a place when opinions are free. If i took you're way of doing it, then Annie, i would have tried to blow you into the weeds, after "poking fun" at the fact i was trying to become a PVP consultant. And before you say that i would have lost- yes, fair point i probably would have, but i still would have fought. But heh, this is just technicalities.

on a other serious note: this reply will be thread killing, like any other i make
but just to point out, that rayce was not entirly responsible for killing the 8th as a corporation.
It was because the ceo -> me, wanted to something else because of being totally sick about the thing i was part of for one and a half year.
Now I look back on this descission, it became one that had new good things and things that would now be reviewed as less fun to experience (disbanding the great group of people that formed our corp)
also just to stay on topic
I always looked up to the MDP as a whole, allot of my friends in fw where in it, some of which i met since the start of FW. not always as bright minded as I hoped them to become, I still honoured them and respected them. (well when i had a bad day i would sometimes say a dirty word or two) but hey thats cool.
with my last drama bomb that hit me doing a perfect hit on my diplomacy II skill i still tried to show respect in the vain hope to let the dust settle, i'm derailing but making a good read i hope.
I wanna wish all MDP corps the best of luck and hopefully you understand that a channel doesnt unite corps it just happens

The MDP was such a good idea at the time, as one of the founders I am sad to see it go the way of the dodo. Oh well.
The fact that Caldari Militia is just starting their own kinda-like-but-not-quite MDP agreement speaks volumes as to the good that can come of that kind of organization.
The fact continues to be: for established small, casual corps (Like, say, Qcats, a casual corp if ever there was any which hasn't stopped it from being one of the top killing corps in Gall fed history) and for small corps looking to be able to grow, it makes sense to form a coalition of sorts and defend each other when there's need.
Here's hoping some small corps in Gallente Militia pick up the Torch.

Rash, i would make the comments in RL and straight to you face if i could. I only get into discussion, i know i can win.
But anyway, Juan and Bacardi have hit the nail on the head, MDP was a force for good in the militia and have done great things, both individually and collectively. And i agree that it will be a loss to the Gallente Milita. I merely said that due to some unnamed people, it was not a surprise to me.
