Captains log. We have engaged the enemy. We are vastly outnumbered and our chances of victory are slim. I miss the days of fighting the Minmatar terrorists but with the oppressive Concord fees on combat more and more of our enemies have had to cancel wars leaving us to fight this new threat.
I am sending a video transmission with this audio so you can see what we're up against:
The fleet of Ushra Khan, once mortal enemies, have joined the CVA fleet in attempting to beat back this horrible invasion. They fight bravely for Minmatar and have my undying respect and gratitude. While we can no longer fight each other as we'd both like we can join hands in friendship and sing happy songs.
Signing out..... things look grim...... hopefully Concord will come to the rescue.

"Wolf 1 web that veldspar! Its getting away"
"Wolf 2 watch your back, that roids on you good"
Khaldorn swung his Rifter around as a roid narrowly missed him by 50km.
"Dammit, wheres my wingman?"
"He's down sir, the veldspar got him, the armour tank on that roid is tremendous!"
"We can take them, for freedom! Free those minerals dammit!"

Veld roids are evil belive me I know.
There was picking up donations left by some serps who wanted me to show them how much damage my turrets could do then it happened speed drops to 0m\s I turn on my AB and get to 35m\s try to warp away from them but now they have closed in around me cut my escape off finaly after 10 min I escape them just as my earlier vistors freinds turn up thankfully they left donations to. but now Knowing better i left them alone and warped out safely.

Good! I will be back with you shortly since thereÆs more to this, these horrible violations of the natural laws have to stop also. Things cant be permitted to go on like this. So I propose that we from now on agree on a common speed limit and keep to the speed God intended us to travel so no more warping or microwarping from now on.
This have already been enforced in some areas of space and with for the time being penalties for the remaining areas in place as we speak. As a long term goal I propose that we extend this to also include the use of jumpgates.
