serious... why does it cost alwasy eu timezone time.... im waiting since 1 in the afternoon (dt) untill the server go's up... in 30 min its 5 o''ckloak and i need get my dinner and head out for work in the evning.. i surly hope this get skill compentation too ffs u s***K |

I just downloaded the patch. Server isn't accepting anything to join yet. Patience :)

Probably because CCP is european company and they work in european time zone, not australian.

The servers are based in London, the main developers in Iceland - both in EU timezone so makes sense to have the downtime when the people who know what they're doing are around...

but it sucks..
i like eve.. that as to start with.
but there is one thing. they cant get right.
their geusses of a correct patch DT. i never have ever seen that it was done within the time they say they do it.
got the patch dwnd but the server isnt up yet.. they started with just 1 and half hours of dt. and its now arlready 3.5 hours.. i hate this.

ps when i posted this post it went up to even 1500 eve time...
that means its eveb up to a full 4 hours.. get i this skill and money loss back as well??

lol its now 15.05 eve time and still they are not online yet..
guys next time you got a patch, say that you need 12 hours to get it done.. onces your done withint 11 hours and 45 minuts we will be proud because for once your earlyer done then you expected!!

You are kidding me right, 1pm is hardly your prime time but it is for us in Australia...
We have to bare with DT every day during our prime time (9pm) then they extend it beyond even bothering tring to login.

for the eu time its also a pain in the ass.. it starts at 1300 real life time 24 hour clock^
so its for us also in the middle of the day. i`m going to work in a few hours.. but still its always in the middel of playing time!!

Yeah well whatever you think your prime time is (would hardly call it the middle of the day) it should be rotated across all TZ's like 1hr later every day, just seems unfair we cop it every bloody day

i dont understand why it is every time ccp releases a patch or migrates servers or otherwise takes the servers down, it takes twice the amount of time they say it should take in the first place. seriously, if you follow the trend, tell us from the beginning itll take 4 hrs and bring it up in 3 hrs and we will be happy, dont say 1.5 hrs then 4.5 hrs later its still not up ... terrible ccp, just terrible
