As long as the sheep herds are happy with the "omgz i got free skillpoints for their 67475476th screwup", CCP won't change anything.
The funny thing is that (and i will not consider isk for subscriptions, but only real money):
- at 15 bucks per month, each player "uses" 50 cents per day of playtime.
- if CCP were to return .50*(100k players, for example), that's 50.000 bucks.
Of course the 50k bucks are used instead to hire limited IQ blondes to CCP staff.
So, yeah, much cheaper to keep sheeps happy by handing out some SPs.
