Ok guys,
What the hell would you put in the 4 Primae low-slots?
Please don't say a full rack of cargo expanders. It's not worth the ISK!
Any ideas welcome!

It definately looks nice, and though not one of the MOST useful ships, it does have some potential for lowsec PI activities, and makes for a decent entry level (PI only) hauler. While it only sports a 100 m3 regular cargo bay, if you right click it, you can open a 1000 m3 PI goods cargo bay or a 1600 m3 Command Center only bay. 1000 m3 is decent for a starting character who hasnt had the time or inclination to train up industrials yet.
Also, look at a few of the other characteristics:
This is a cruiser sized ship with Defensive capabilities and Mass/Agility to match, but with the addition of an only 30 m sig radius, which puts it somewhere in the lock time / targetability of a shuttle. It also has a low 300 second recharge rate on its cruiser level shields, which isnt too shabby.
With its 4 low slots, consider this basic example (Again, im not saying its a "great" ship, but it does have SOME potential):
2 Warp Core Stabilizers 1 400 mm plate 1 Medium Armor Repairer
Not only do you have the ability to pass up some basic single or double pointing pirate gangs, but you will be hard to shoot at and target to boot. Plus with the slightly expanded armor capacity and a repairer, you might just have enough time to escape.
Or consider tossing on a Damage control instead of the armor or the repper for some decent structure buffer.
Just some thoughts

I think you're looking at the wrong stat. It has a sensor strength of 30 (which, granted, is pretty darn good) and a 150m sig radius. That makes it cruiser size, which is still very nice since its size ù as in mass and volume ù shows that it's actually a BC-sized ship.
If it had a 30m sig radius, it would pretty much be unprobeable out of the gate, and that would be one pretty huge advantageà ——— “If you're not willing to fight for what you have in ≡v≡… you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.” — Karath Piki |

you are right, I am totally off on the sig radius.. Im not sure where I saw that. I updated it accordingly. 150 is still pretty decent though.

Also why would i need to lock 8 targets?
Signal ampts. As to why the need, no idea. It originates from a conversation in local where a pilot said in the lines of "omg I cannot lock anything!" and my reply was, "I bet 1b that I can lock you in my Primae".
The bet was accepted, but never paid when proven that I indeed could lock the pilot in question. So using signal amps is just for the pure lol's of it. As it has 0 targets unfitted.
