Tried the search but it's down? Anyway, level 4's are boring me to tears, I fly a 900 DPS armor domi (could fly a shield one as well) but I am 100% broke right now and just can't find a way to make money so incursions are kind of a last ditch effort before letting my sub lapse.
Can I do them in a domi?
Would anyone invite me?
I can also fly a megathron and a hyperion.
I joined some in game channels but didn't want to **** them up with questions but any info on actually trying them would be amazing |

I think you want to find a way to get yourself into a T2 fit Megathron, Navy Mega or Hyperion. Otherwise I'm not so sure about the Domi. You want to ideally be flying shield fit both in the interest of DPS you'll provide and to increase your likelihood of getting into a fleet. |

I can fly a mega with all t2 except guns, shield tanked though might be iffy without a navy mega. |

so that's a shield buffer hyper or mega with blasters for you.

Drones are of somewhat dubious effectiveness in incursions, and shield tank is more popular for whatever arbitrary reasons, I guess there are more basilisks around than guardians or whatever.
So, yeah, your armor Domi is going to suffer some DPS issues due to drones getting off-target zapped, maybe training T2 large guns and grabbing a mega would be a better plan for getting into the spontaneous incursion groups.
Alternately, your corp/alliance could form one, generally in those cases a trustworthy (i.e. member) pilot is considered to outweigh the fact that they're not really in an optimal ship configuration. |

Shield tank normal mega is doable its a little thin but its doable.

This. You'll probably never get a Dominix of any flavor into a Vanguard fleet, but I've definitely seen people flying shield Domis in HQ fleets. They work well for helping clear out frigates, and with T2 sentries they're nice against the towers in TPPH and TCRC sites. |
