Its not about the translation, the german one is pretty ok (even if it makes it harder to interact with other langs - english is a good base for everyone^^)
But.........
To read one of the object or ship descriptions makes me "ZZZZZZZZZZzzz......" :(
Most of them sound to similar - some lines even copied!
Thats why i stopped reading after the first week. Now only the attributes matter....
How i want get into a game atmosphere, when i read about my NEW COOL SHIP: "its like most minmatar, "pack as many weapons as u can on it" - my sweet jesus.
If i get 1 ISK for everytime i read that...................
And another thing i dont really like, is the part, when there is only "positive" stuff about a "object".
Like u get the last wreck of a lousy noob ship and the text sayz "yeah its THE PROUD OF THE EMPIRE!!!!" ......... ofc .......... like when? 200years ago? HU?".........
Some more .... realistic and honest descriptions would be the last touch i d like.
I also love to read good make booklet (if u may know HOMEWORLD- the game??)
its cool if u get into it, just by reading a few lines....... amazing!
But u dont get this kind (often) anymore.
And a rly last note. Do you hate it too, if u install a game and u read "PLAY NOW --name--" on the desktop icon???
Like I KNOW its a game - u dont have to write it and i wont get rememberd it IS one!

If you wrote the descriptions we would all suffer massive bleeding from the eyes because of the terrible punctuation, spelling and grammar.

Or you could have the Titan/Strategic cruiser descriptions that make my brain lock up.

I prefer it to just out and out tell me what I'm going to be using it for.
Information is better than a speech about the empire of your choice imo.
