Why was Xenuria's announcement thread locked by CCP Navigator for not having any content in the OP but this one is allowed to remain? Favoritism? Bribery?

Probably because I actually do have an announcement, and Xenuria was just being twinky by trying to copy the thread. Just sayin....

It's called "viral marketing". While some people don't like it, it is one of the most effective forms of marketing out there. At any rate, it is silly to make a thread like this, but it has more content than 95% of the C&P posts these days.
