Edited by: Trebor Locke on 02/07/2010 03:13:41 So, I occassionally release music to the public through Newgrounds.com's audio portal. This one seems to have caught on in my alliance and happens to go VERY well with the music from EVE. It does have an EVE feel and that is probably no surprise seeing as there isnt a day where I have yet to 'not' listen to "Surplus of Rare Artifacts" (Yes, I am a musician who has no life haha)
Anyway, here is the link. I hope everyone enjoys it. I just thought it would fit with EVE :)

Yes I did actually. I'm a composer/audio designer in real life and have always wanted to make something for EVE. Just didn't think it would stealth into that particular piece XD. -------------- CEO of Round Table Enterprises Chairman of the Leather Rose Syndicate

Sounds real nice, suits EVE quite well indeed. The twinkle synth coming in around 20s is a tad sharp though, I'd run it through an EQ and and apply a small notch at around 6000 hZ, just to make it less piercing. The bass flutters a little bit, but it sounds full and dynamic. I love the strings that come in at 1m20s, they fill out the track very nicely. Nice job, mate. I like it. ______________________ CCP: Inspired by Iceland <3 WTB: some Dev love for my sig, 'cause it's quite boring now :( |

This isn't exactly at its highest quality of recording but, thanks for the suggestions. The master mp3/wav files have essentially what you've asked. I might post those as separate links in the future (as NG.com has a set of rules as to what quality I can upload). -------------- CEO of Round Table Enterprises Chairman of the Leather Rose Syndicate

Aye, I know the quality isn't up to par, as it is essentialy mp3 encoded. I'm sure the master sounds a lot better, it always does ;) I use Soundcloud to put up my previews these days, I see a lot of producers using MySpace to upload their tunes too, but I reckon NG has about the same restrictions. I'll keep an eye out for future tunes you put up, I like your style. ______________________ CCP: Inspired by Iceland <3 WTB: some Dev love for my sig, 'cause it's quite boring now :( |

I liked it. Pls do some more :)
One comment: That high pitched bell or triangle instrument could be little bit toned down, because it is too intrusive over other instruments.
