When I have my cargo window open it sometimes closes on its own
Very annoying
Also the cargo window doesnt show the icons sometimes too and I have to close it and reopen it, it does show the cargo space being used however
*update*
Just noticed that if the cargo window is minimised it will auto expand when jumping to a new system :( Grrrr

I have the problem with diappearing items in the Cargo Hold but I can't get them back till I dock at a station (if it happens in space) or leave the station (if it happens inside)
When this happens the capacity bar shows correctly but no items appear in the hold.

Same thing happens to me....You are not able to reload guns because it, (the game), does not see any in the Cargo hold.

And again -
I noticed it if I had a small number of small items in the cargo hold whilst in station and left the station with the cargo hold window open.
Once in space, the cargo hold window had closed. If I opened it, no icons appeared, but the space used showed correctly. (Refresh, sort & stack, resize actions did not help)
If I then unloaded a weapon (In my case a laser crystal) and placed the crystal in the cargo hold, the icon would appear, but the space used would not update.
I could not recreate with more than 3 items, or filling the cargo hold, after which I couldn't recreate at all. But when emptying cargo in station, the space used figure remained 'full' (yet I could add more items again). I was unable to test whether the hold could be overfilled because of this.

same problem here, my rockets in my cargo dont show, so when i am out of amo i cant reload, its very anoying to go to station when u half way killing a ret.

Had little trouble picking up my ore from jet can mining. I have 3 containers inside cargo bay, and they were invisible but capacity was still full. Jumping to another system changed cans visible, but when i jumped back they were missing again.. 
Eventually i managed to get the ore when game crashed and i relogged in space.. 
Hope they resolve this pretty soon..

My cargo hold keeps showing [0] zero items, when I know I have items in there. It also shows 387/505m3. So my itemas are still taking up space... The items are just not showing up in my cargo hold....

PS. I notice that when I am having this problem, I cannot reload my weapons....

yup im getting this 2, i use small guns on my enyo, so have to reload alot, its not handy having to re dock at each re load (esp if im being jammed)

Yep same for me too.
I was doing the really large Pirate Extrav..(what ever its called) mission and when I came to reload my missiles I noticed they were no longer in my cargo, but the space in my cargo was still used. Docked at station and they re-appeared. I found that if I add another item into my cargo, rather than just missiles, I don't lose access to my missiles when I undock.
