its not a static low, its a dynamic low. The wormhole is type id C140 and they do not respawn in system, but instead bounce around from wormhole to wormhole.

Yes, I actually realized that today when I am scanning my way out. If you could enlighten me as far as to how to determine static and not sites that would be great. Will update once I have more info as to if the C3 is static or not.

wh are created from entrance to exit : exit is k162. if k162 is on k-space and named part is on w-space, it mean the wh created it, and so there are lots of chance it's static. if there is only one wh like this, then of course it's static, as there always at least one static. if there is more than 1 like this, then one is static, but the other(s) may only poped today and won't do it tomorrow. it happen. if you see 2 times in a row a wh, there is 99% chance it is static

so this is only way to determine static sites? BAH thats annoying. but with this method confirming it does have a static c3 and static lowsec
