In every instance, she's delivered on any promise she made and even gone out of her way to be helpful with answering questions, etc. I'm just one EVE player, but I'd recommend her alongside any of the other, more established third party service providers.

She was really fast in responding to questions I had. I had to close the lotto and i sent the isk to Melleia to issue a refund to the people who had purchased the tickets. The isk was refunded and the items were returned to me in a very timely manner. I will use Melleia again when I get a better lotto together and would highly recommend using Melleia, helpful,polite, and fast!!

I may look into allowing others to use the website once I get it perfected for a small percentage fee (not a flat rate), which should help out those who are running lotteries with low profit/returns. I highly doubt you wouldn't seek revenge if someone betrayed your blue status and took away a 6b ISK per month (at the very least) ISK source (which happened to be my only ISK source at the time). Don't act all high and mighty. What's done is done, my clients are free to choose who they use as a third party and some people have chosen me, even when aware of the event in question, and used me to secure their lotteries (4B ISK as the largest from a single job). Like I've said in another thread calling me on this, I have never scammed, and I will NEVER scam.
