I will also have soon 2 holes, but the two have already a buyer (well at least, people were interested for the 2 :P) Also, note that all these last holes where from the 2 corps I am working with. For info we have done 50/50. But depending on how we do it you can have more ;) For some of the hole it cost them nothing, as they had to scan it anyway... so think about it if you have a static, and see from time to time something intersting... Or if you have a hole and have difficulties selling it, you can give a try contacting me, it cost nothing to do it ;) For sure, they were happy getting some bonus ISKs with nothing to do for it xD

I was planning to move out of the wormhole and wanted to not deal with the hassle of finding a buyer. His service was top notch! His fee was less than the other 3rd party services, he aggressively worked to find a buyer at the price that I had requested (1 billion isk) and this had taken place in less than a week. He helped coordinate the sale and was on site for several hours to observe the entire process of the transition and gave helpful advice throughout the process to limit my liability during this transaction. The transaction itself went very smoothly and for some events that occurred immediately after transfer that could not have been forseen or prevented. Otherwise, the transaction would have been flawless. Even though the transaction was completed he did not accept his 3rd party transaction fee due to the events that occurred. Talk about integrity! I will definitely use Raid'En services again with any of my wormhole buying/selling needs and will recommend him to anyone who asks about 3rd party or wormhole sales. He was professional, knowledgable, and made sure that all parties involved were protected to the best of his abilities. Excellent service!

Raid'en was dealing with other wh transactions while selling me this one which Im sure was alot to deal with but still that didn't affect the way the transaction went. He was my 3rd party if you will half up front and half after I scanned out the system and made sure it was to my liking. As far as price changing in the above post you might be right, we negotiated a price on the c5 so like anything haggling works in game as much as out of game. I'd use his service again or reccomend him to anyone I know looking for a new wh home.

NO, even if you saw one, it was NOT static. NO the database is false on this point (it's casual who appeared on these case) yeah i'm sure of it. and as i'm into this : only class 1, 2 and 3 can have a static to k-space. class 4, 5 and 6 CANNOT have a static high, low, or 0.0 static. casual 0.0 for C5 and 6 are, however, very common.

I'm not worried about the money. When you give trust in eve you stand a good chance to have it broken, but one of two things DID happen: 1. He took the hole and did not sell in a safe timeframe, even though he had a bidder for 800m 2 days prior to someone else moving in (unlikely as there was no k162 hole in the system <2 hours after the pos went up, which means someone scanned out) 2. He sold the hole, and claimed he didn't, so that he could keep the full sale price. (much more likely) The actual transaction was in convo and I didn't SS it, but the transfer occurred on the 7th. Raid'En	Posted - 2011.03.08 13:59:00 - [601] just a little info as it happen sometimes ; i checked almost never my contactes notifications. so if you want to contact me, use a mail, don't write it on a notif, cause it will be the last thing i will check, and may see it only days later. ps : as i said a lot of time class 3 can't have a static to another womrhole, only static to k-space. a guy who posted on this forum about a C6 with double static he found some days ago, and that seemed to have other WH respawning have mailed me yerterday to say it didn't respawned the next day. it was the 4th guy thinking i was wrong on the statics rules that realized my informations were true, and that what he saw was only a coincidence. for a WH with C4 and high sec there exist a solution but it's only on class 2, and these are extremly rare, i sell about 1 by month.
