Actually managed to wear down a mining Megathron with it somehow.

Hello how else is he supposed to learn (well he could come over to RVB to learn the basics but he said low sec) I mean I suppose he could just take an Impairer out and see what he can do with that but it would make more sense to actually see what ships in the line up people find work best for PVP. For what it's worth while I think the Punisher is an excellent frigate for small gang work the combination of armor tank low base speed and only 2 midslots put it at a severe disadvantage in 1v1 stuff. Generally the other popular combat frigs can disengage and run away at will. With a proper tank they won't be able to kill you but they can hold you there for their back up while being able to flit away the moment local spikes with yours.
