Right now the level of security falls off a cliff between 0.5 and 0.4. Here's a suggestion that a good percentage of folks won't like, but makes sense: why not have Concord in high sec ON THE GATES ONLY. Pirates can still do their thing in belts and probing down mission runners but can't shut down the entry points with gate camps.

Pirates can still do their work in low-sec. Get over it. There is hisec, lowsec and null sec. Who wants to trade, live in peace and "prosperity", they live in hisec, who wants some pvp, piracy and excitement, they live in lowsec, who wants to be independent, they live in null.. This is EVE.

Read the link and see that this prposal is in no way serious, it was meant as a troll to the other thread. Unfortunately the moderator aparently threated the 2 threads differently.
