Hello 
What happens with unfinished manufacturing jobs, if the installer changes corporation?
Will it make any difference if a player with those jobs is CEO?

In this case they were started from the corporate hangar.

A job started from a corporate hangar (production, invention, research, ...) will always stay with the corp. Regardles if the member drops out. Everyone with the correct role set can deliver or cancle the jobs.

On a related note, corporate market orders are canceled when the issuer drops his roles. All industrial/scientific jobs were still in place.

Your jobs belong to you, they are unaffected by changing corporations, and can only be influenced by corporate and alliance policies indirectly.
If you are manufacturing for the corp (a requirement to use corporate facilities, and often, to use corporate BPOs [most sound-minded CEOs won't let their prints leave the corporate hangar]) the job belongs to the corporation, the fees come from the corporate account, and when the player who initiated the job leaves, the job continues on behalf of the corporation and can be canceled/delivered by anyone with roles.

Just that slot is tied up till is canceled or delievered and once you leave corp can't see status of it anymore
