Yes they are Proof.
They are also renaming Jita, Rens, Amarr and Dodixie to Orgrammar, Stormwind, Silvermoon and Undercity.

Why have they locked all the post discussing the removal of wormholes then?
Their actions are the best source you could wish for - they are going to remove w-space and they don't want you to know about it upfront (as you might just decide to cancel your account when hearing these news).
edit: they way you write I wouldn't surprised if you were related to CCP in some form ... or a trader who wants to keep other people out of his speculations with T3 components.

They locked all the threads discussing wormholes because there are a ton of them and its clogging up the forums. It's not like only one thread at a time is popping up. This morning there were 5 or 6 wormhole threads all on page 1 of the forums.
Locking multiple threads that are on the same topic is normal. Let alone locking threads that are there for no other purpose but to troll or spread baseless rumors.
