Good day fellow pilots!
I just received the L4 worlds collide for the first time and I wish to farm the overseers and see all the fantastic loot they drop. I am seeing a lot of ships coreli high admiral, coreli lord admiral. Sounds very regal but how can I tell who is the overseer? Will the ship actually be called "overseer"? The bounties are 1.2 million for the Lord Admiral but he didnt drop much. I completed the mission to get my green circle but did not turn it in with intentions of farming it for a few days.

If the mission says "Completed" you won't be able to farm it, you need to stop before that final step otherwise it won't respawn after DT. I hope you got the crew out, if not get back in there before DT and get them out otherwise although you have completed the mission and it won't respawn, you are missing an objection and will have to abandon the mission.
There is no "Boss" in this mission, some bigger bounty BS like the Lord Admiral you mention, that is it.

Yeah....I was smart and got the crew out. So no respawns? Oh well.
Got a lot of good isk and it really made me optimize my tank and gank and gave me good practice whacking scrambling frigates.
Its a good mission. Too bad I wont be getting any faction loot.

Actually if you are lucky an overseer will spawn, can take a while however. Also it might not actually spawn.
If it does spawn expect to not get any decent loot anyway.
The bounty varies as well, the higher the bounty the higher the chance of something worthwhile, though that's just speculation on my part.

But it would be called "guristas overseer" or "coreli overseer"? How do I identify the "crappy" 1.something million isk variety of overseer?

It would have overseer in it's name. Either gurista overseer, angel overseer whatever overseer. Always the faction of the poket you are currently in.
As I said, it spawns kinda randomly, but you don't need finish the mission for it, since farming them would then be impossible.
And everything under 1 million is per definition crappy it gets interesting above 1 million.

The "overseer" has a bigger chance of spawning with more ships warping in, which of course makes the whole thing less worth if you split the loots.

Considering this is the first I have heard of it, It would seem either this has just been discovered or that its not true.
I just know the overseer is chance based.
