decent character, not badly trained. Not what I am looking for, but at 4b with a crystal set and able to make good ISK doing PVE and then be trained up as either a leader or PVPer he is a good deal.
free bump and GL with the sale.

I would agree with Dr Destroyer... Character is well balanced and a very good start to anyone wanting to run missions and have a good start on making ISK. I just checked in-game and you are right, the implants are not being offered as a set anywhere.
Unfortunately, I am looking for more of an industrialist.
