Hey, just reporting here that I have been getting kicked constantly. I have a friend in game that is also in California that has been getting booted every few minutes over the past hour. Meanwhile another guy elsewhere in the U.S. is not reporting a similar problem.
I tried to petition but the damn thing crashed again! Anyone else having the same problem??

Confirming Hawaii is getting repeated disconnects. We are routed through California via Undersea cable.

Same constant disconnects, was ok till about an hour ago or so. Socket loss error comes up.

I haven't seen any problems all day, San Francisco area here.
My first 3 hops are currently Oakland, Scaramento, Los Angeles, before bumping out to Dalas.
Nothing CCP can do about connection problems this far out tho. That's all on your ISPs side.

Another MMO I play that is server based in SanFran is working perfectly fine. Eve on the other hand has become unplayable in the last 45 minutes or so. My ISP has nothing to do with the internet after it leaves the islands. So your statement that connection problems are because of my ISP is not true. The issue is most likely NOT CCP's fault, as it appears to be regional routing rather than a server side fault. But never the less, I am still unable to play EVE, or even stay logged in for more than a few minutes at a time.
p.s. I lost connection to the forums (while remaining connected to my other MMO, and several different websites, while typing the above, and had to save it to a notepad, and then post it here after completely closing browsers, and reopening them until I was able to reconnect to CCP's forums).

Well, after doing a simple trace I found the issue to be recurring 30%+ packet loss from some place listed on whois as being in Phoenix Arizona. And from there, I hit Amsterdam.

The problem for those of living in the western United states experiencing the DC issues is here (at least for me that is where the problem starts):
TenGigabitEthernet4-2.ar4.LAX1.gblx.net (IP 208.50.254.25)
Their packet loss goes through the roof every few minutes.

Confirmed from a UK user, TenGigabitEthernet4-2.ar4.LAX1.gblx.net (IP 208.50.254.25) is hammering my connection to work servers in the US.
