I had also planned on training her to be purely a T2 Cruiser pilot & down of all the Factions. She already has:

Lots of skills injected to cover all other Factions in both Ships/Gunnery/Missiles. She needs quite a bit of training still to master the PvP side of the game.
Engineering/Electronics/Navigation skills are Top notch for her SP Level.
Drones skills are lacking & need some love.

Also this is for anyone to comment on. By chance we get the skill points back if CCP removes the learning skills, I was thinking of finishing Amarr & Minmatar Frigate Level 5, get small Energy/Projectile wepons to T2 & support skills to 4. Will finish drones to T2 with support skills to 4.
This way, she will be a T2 Frigate specialist while making passive income with R&D agents. Also able to bring out a Jump Freighter full of T2 ships, mods, and ammo to null sec.
How does that sound to draw more interest in her being bought?

I am so disappointed I missed chatting with you. I live and work on the west coast of the US and got home about 15 minutes ago. The 3.5 is not what I have readily available in my wallet at the second, but am going to pull out all stops to get it. Please accept my 3.5B as a place marker. I'm sure someone will beat it for spite, you are definitely worth it. Thanks again for revealing.

Sorry I am going to have to retract my offer. I was able to find some a little more in my ballpark as far as price and skills being looked for. I still love the toon, but need to be comfortable with the amount of work versus the price. No hard feelings.

Another two days on this toon or I transfer to one of my other accounts.
I can use her as an expensive NPC Scout/Cyno Alt/Wartime Freighter Hauler.
Also let her keep collecting research points for datacores & dump them on the market in about a year.

I know it is below your reserve, but you seem to be all over the place with this character. A lot of unorganized training that will take some effort to apply some direction to. I can give you a 3 billion buyout offer. Let me know.

I thought I had explained in the Aution above, what this character was for;
Excellent Prober/Scout
5 R&D Agents collecting research points - Passive Income
Hauler - Industrials/Transports & very close with skills injected for Freighter & Jump Freighter
My plans was for her to be great at all T2 ships at cruiser & below. She was never to fly a battleship or larger ship. So you see there are no cruise missiles or large guns trained or injected.
She has already very good support skills in engineering/electronics/navigation.
Yes she does need some work in the ship/weapons area to become what I wanted her to do.
This is my last bump because auction is over at end of day today. So if reserve or Best offer over reserve is not met, then she does not sell.
I will just transfer her to one of my other accounts & sit on her for awhile collecting research points. She does make me some isk for not doing a thing.
Also, if my main's alliance gets War Decced, then I will always use her to ferry ships around to get past the war targets, just like everyone else does.

As explained earlier still a lot of work to be done. You have injected a lot of untrained skills and I realize they cost isk to purchase but have no real value until trained. Best offer is 3.2 billion. No higher. If not taken good luck with your future endeavors and thank you.

Ok, Einear, if you make it 3.25 Billion isk, she is yours. I will be home from work today about 22:00 eve time. If isk is sent to her, then I will pay $20 and transfer her to you. You will have her 10 hours from then.
I did not reply any faster because I had to think hard on this. I did not want to break my own rule as to go lower than reserve price.
