This is meant to be silly and not at all serious. I was bored at work, had a fun idea, and this is it.
The Chribba
The ôChribbaö is a new innovative prototype design being field tested by the good people at ORE. After many tales and vid recordings of Chribba using the massive Revelation class dreadnaught as well as the Avatar class titan to mine veldspar in, Jorge Madmanson, a young brilliant designer at ORE, after a rather long night of retro-terran 70s music and strange hallucinogens, to design a ship that would satisfy the obvious need (at least in his mind) for a mining ship of such size and magnitude.
Needless to say the following morning he was the butt end of many jokes from fellow designers as he came down off his trip and gazed dumbfounded at the sheer monstrosity on his terminal. But, for some reason, he saw something within the mad lines and the massive kitbash of ideas. Taking away the massive sat-relay com-grid for getting gallente ôsocialö channels, the six floors of pools, steam baths and massage rooms, as well as the dance club that took up a section near the engine room (strangely enough a fellow designer later took this idea and created the Fusion Reactor, a massive dance club centered around a working fusion reactor that powered the entire club as well as an anti-grav field that allowed dancers to walk on all the walls and ceiling), and finally the rather palatial golf course built on the outer hull under a massive dome.
With the ridiculous gone, Jorge set down the keel of his innovative new design and from there, history was made.
Massing in at just over 1,500,000 metric tons, and reaching a length of nearly 8km, the ôChribbaö is a massive spindle shaped mining ship of unparalleled power and ability, capable of reducing the biggest belts to mere rubble in a matter of hours. While its size and classification as a capital ship means it is unable to venture into high-sec empire locales, as a low and null-sec mining ship it has no equal.
Due to its specialization towards industrial operations, its ship maintenance bay is able to accommodate only industrial ships, mining barges and their tech 2 variants.
When going into deployed mode in order to access the majority of its functions, the ship actually repositions itself to stand on its end, resembling a mini-tower of all things.
Capital Industrial Ship Skill Bonus
10% bonus to effectiveness of mining foreman gang links per level when in deployed mode
100% bonus to the range of strip and ice miners when in deployed mode
6% reduction in Strip Miner and Ice Harvester duration per level when in deployed mode
6% better yield for Strip Miners and Ice Harvesters per level when in deployed mode
Can control up to 1 additional drone per level (max of 10 drones) when in deployed mode
Can only control 5 combat drones at any time. (10 mining or 5 mining and 5 combat)
20% bonus to drone damage and hit points per level.
Role Bonus
Able to fit Strip Miners and Ice Harvester turrets
900% bonus to the range of survey scanners
99% reduction in CPU need for Gank Link modules
Can fit a Clone Vat Bay
Can use 3 Gang Link modules simultaneously.
Specialty Bonus
5% reduction in Strip Miners when mining Veldspar per level when in deployed mode if Chribba is the pilot.
5% better yield for Strip Miners when mining Veldspar per level when in deployed mode if Chribba is the pilot
Normal cargo bay = 50,000m3
Ore Storage bay = 500,000m3 + 5% extra per level in Capital Industrial Ship Skill
Max Target range = 160km, can lock 8 targets
Corp Hanger = 60,000m3
Ship Maintenance Bay = 2,000,000m3
Max Jump Clones = 6
CanÆt use gates. Has a jump drive like most capital class ships.
CanÆt be used in high-sec
Moves the same speed as a Roqual
8 Low Slots, 4 Mid Slots, 8 High Slots
Uses large rigs, 3 Upgrade points, can have 3 rigs dropped in.

I endorse this idea.
However as CCP has yet to fix bugs and implement the rest of the features from updates many years ago, I feel saddened that this won't be seen in the majority of the player base' life time*.

ps. Excepting Chribba who is of course immortal. Some say he chews rocks as a hobby. Others mention his teeth are made from diamonds! All I know is that I saw him passing through the same system as me in Caldari space once and got a hello back, and a brief conversation as I was wondering why he was doing his own leg work. Apparently it's not just mining he enjoys (SHOCK!!), it's also transporting stuff as well.

Chribba owns all four Titans, the Veldatar is the Avatar class Titan in which he mines (sometimes).

What is needed under Prerequisites is that Chribba should have you at standing 10.0 also
