is this a glitch in game or is it to do with something I am missing
at level 4 military connections i am now doing enemy abound 2 of 2 level 4 -17 quality for 509 LPS. I passed on mission and rest of missions i am getting are going down as well.
I believe its a glitch but I wanted makesure if there is not something else going on i am missing on the ingame play?

Are you saying that the EXACT SAME MISSION has had its' LP reward go down? Otherwise, LP from mission to mission usually varies greatly. Also have you suffered any standings loss recently (for example by declining two missions in 4 hours)? I'm not sure if that affects LP reward but it might.
Also 509 LP is really really low for a L4 mission, but I suspect the reason for that is working for a -17 quality agent. If at all possible you should really get a better agent.

No, my standing when i started this agent about 3 weeks ago was 8.6 or so now its 10.0...about 3 days ago i started learning military connections to up my lps...first day i noticed on same missions it and the isk reduced a lil then usual....now that i am at level 4. I just got enemy abounds to day that seeing it does not pay bounty it usually gives more isk and lps...was giving me 509 LP.s and i was getting alot missions over 5000k+ lps due fact i am in area where sec is .6 now i gotten at most 4000 lps. most are like 1200 lps to 2400 lps...when i was getting 5000-6000 lps

This is not just 1 mission down....I grind dozens of missions in a day and night. and all of them are alot lower on both isk and reward....I know military only gives more LPS...but i have noticed which each level of the skill completed up to 4. my mission lps and isk are lower...also i just stated political connnections and it is accually raising the lps. but from the hole i am done already in
Level 10.0 standing with agent. sec .6 of mission giver...military connection 4 and political connection 1
Rogue Drone Harrashment Objectives given from a level 4 agent +18 quality
rewards
isk 895,0000
lps 4091
isk bonus 935000
this used to be ALOT more before i started training with less standing and no skills in political or military

Well, LP is calculated dynamically. The shorter it takes for players to do it (including you) the lower the reward. At least that's how I understand it.
