17.5 is .5 more than I got mine for about a month ago. It's good offer. Just my 2 cents...
AT9 will introduce 100 new amarr ships, and AT10 100 Caldari. That's 400 ships... if you were to sell them all for 39 bil the total value would be 15.6 Trillion ISK. Does that sound right to you? I know we're in space... but come back down to Earth...
