I've tried fake U.S. address, and VPN through Miami but no go. I need a U.S. CC.

Oh I see... it's on their Terms of Use:

I just bought one of these for a trial alt the other day. They pretty much suck. I sold it in jita for .5bn, sold the clothes to buy better clothes, and sold the booster for another .5bn. It has 5003m main capacity and like 100,0003m in the "Quafe bay". o_O
