Are implant missions completely gone now, or have anyone gotten an implant in a mission/LP offer since patch 3106?

Got an agent offer for a lowbie implant for 1200 LP or so , wanted some minmatar tags for it. Also Sangrel Minn dropped an implant for me.

I got an Eve-Mail from an agent last night.....after downloading the new patch. Flew over, he said it was important, I took it, returned, and got an implant. Not a really "rare" implant, but an implant never-the-less.
oh yea.......YARRRRRR !!!!!!!

Found a implant in a can after the "kill the sabotours" missions, but that is random, as I had the missions two more times later which I didnt find that implant. (was a +3 willpower one).

Ive not found them either... Ive only found Transmitter on the market, when you search for high-tech its not found... seems like they have made implants avaiable, if you get an item that doesnt exists...heh

It's not bad enough that we don't see +4's, we lost the basic ones now?

well at 70,000 lp I got an offer for a +3 mem implant and at 90,000 lp I got an offer for a +4 mem implant. And the some of the higher ranking bships in lv 4 missions drops them.
