so, i moved into WH space a few days ago with EMC, but with most of our members bumming about in the primary wh, i'm left alone often in our lower-class WH (where i went as a beginner) and am unable to solo the sites in the (admittably under-trained) drake i have. Without help and without very nice pewpew ships, i often find meself with nothing to do. Waht does the interweb reccomend i try to do while in that slump? |

Suck ALL the gas. o/ Scan ALL the wh's looking for pew. o/
No seriously, low class ladar sites are easy to eat with a simple drake. |

Easiest solution : Buy a well trained char and follow them to the large WH.
Seriously just buy a char, it will greatly expand the things you can do and save you TIME (one of the few things money can't buy)

probe, clear rats at grav/gas sites (this is actually worth a lot of isk over time, is very easy and can be done any time). |

i like the ladar/gas site ratting idea, but grav site rats dont spawn instantly, i think. |

Just initiate then cancel warp to the site as part of your "get 100%/bookmark/ignore sig" cycle for gravs and ladars. Then, the sites will often be spawned (or close to it) by the time you have reshipped to your combat ship. |

CanGÇÖt clear the anoms or mag / radar sites in your w-system?
Options include: -Change things so you can clear them (skills, ships, fittings or friends). A half-decent drake can easily solo C1 and C2 and can not-so-easily solo C3 sites; -Move to a w-system where you can clear them; -Earn iskies elsewhere (missions, incursions etc) and play PvP in w-space; -PI. I hate PI but in w-space I hafta begrudgingly admit that itGÇÖs reasonable income. -GÇÿRatGÇÖ. Easy sleeper gangs spawn, 10-15 minutes after a warp is commenced to the site, in w-space ladar and grav sites. Those rats seem to me to deliver a disproportionately high number of GÇÿmeltedsGÇÖ given how easy they are. High-end ladar sites have tough rats, but you wonGÇÖt find those sites in C1 GÇô C4 w-systems. -Harvest gas. IMO itGÇÖs second only to ice-mining in the eve boredom stakes but you can gather a reasonable amount of isk from w-space gas sites if you canGÇÖt access (or have exhausted) the higher income options. Of course you still need to move the gas (of product polymers) to empire before you have isk in your wallet. -Mine. The ores in w-space grav sites are very nice GǪ but mining is still mining and you still have the logistics tail-end to manage before you convert anything into isk. -Industry. Some ppl in low-end w-systems with good hisec access do lots and lots of industry stuff, even importing gases to react in w-space.
Early on I harvested everything. After a while I dropped mining and prioritised: anoms (quick to clear, good income rate); mag / radar (slower to clear but worth more per site. Necessary for T3 manufacturing lines); ratting grav sites (quick and easy. Income over time, but not a lot per site); PI (hated it but decent income); and then ladar (gas) sites (e.g. a vast was around 150m for an hour of effort GÇô 2 harvester dedicated BCs). I never did an awful lot of w-space industry other than gas processing.
We can build and sell pretty much every ship. Check my bio for details. Our pirate epic arc completion packages really are very good: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=12973&find=unread |

Bookmark maintenance. Make sure the corp knows you're going to the effort to make sure all the bookmarks are up to date, see if you can get a modest paycheck for doing that. It's a crucial part of gathering intel in w-space and is only appreciated when someone does it for weeks and then stops. PVE is safer and faster with well-kept bookmarks...the scanner deserves a cut for providing that service.
PVP is always an option. Though once things go bad and you get podded, you're out of the hole until someone can scan you back in (unless you have a scanning alt).

Wait. You were recruited into a corp and then they abandoned you to a WH system they weren't also using? Why are you still flying with them? (Not that you're actually, you know, flying with them.)

If you like wormholes, move yourself into a lower class until you have trained up some.
When i first started the game the corp i was in had a C2/C3. Being a total noob there wasn't much I could do, even with a group. But I got the WH bug. So I moved myeslf into a C1. It was total fun and actually made really really nice isk. |

Plot to overthrow their corp. You have a prime staging ground. Get friendly with a group that wants to wreak havoc, work on getting bookmarks, staging points, volunteer with the current corp to move and shuffle some assets around. Tear them apart from the inside, weaken them so that when they get slammed they fall.
...or, you know...don't. |
