So yesterday I popped some rifter sitting afk on a gate in low sec with my maelstrom. After realizing what happened, he convoed me and offered a BS 1v1. I accepted though suspected some sort of trap. He came back about 20 minutes later in a mega, apparently alone. I had scouts in all surrounding systems and nothing suspicious was going on. Only two neutrals in the low sec system I was in, and they had been there for ages.
So I went for it, and just as suspected, it was a trap. The instant I engaged the mega, a pilgrim decloaked next to me followed shortly by a thorax warping in. I figured I'd go down with the pilgrim there, but I was determined to take that mega with me. I overloaded my guns, tearing into him. He popped in short order. I called in help from next door and though a little slow to respond, bellum headed over in a mega. While waiting, I found the thorax kept bouncing off me while orbiting, giving me brief chances to punch holes in him. By the time bellum's mega arrived, the thorax had to warp out in deep structure. I was unable to hold him because the pilgrim shut off my warp disruptor.
The pilgrim instantly tried to run when bellum landed. But it was too late. I regenerated enough cap to point him for 1 cycle (out of cap boosters) while bellum locked. And then it was all over. With no angular velocity and 2 BS's, he died almost instantly. So without furthur ado here's the km's from these douche bags who violated a 1v1 and lost anyways. fail

Although I do  when TARP 1v1s go horribly wrong.

TBH sounds like a cool and fun fight, although i hate when 1v1 dont get honored.

This is a good story. I think being in C&P does not do it justice. Laying the hurt on punks is no crime either. This should be in General Discussion because THIS is EvE.

The forum needs to be renamed to the PvP Club or the Men's Club, either will do.
