I was curious in C4 and C5 combat sites, do Orca's, Rorqual's spawn capship escalations. Many of them have roids in them but I am chicken to warp one in. |

No they dont spawn the extra BS waves.

Only carriers and dreadnoughts can trigger cap escalation i think 2 waves from each class of ship.
Also its only possible to trigger cap escalations on c5 and c6 sites.

As stated only carriers and dreads spawn Guardian waves, and this can also be done in c4s.

You cannot trigger a capital escalation (6 guardians(secodn time 8)).
In a c4, it is limited to c5 and c6 wormholes.

Ive been a long time resident of a c4, and warping a carrier(or dread) will spawn 6 guardians to the site. The OP's question was about a rorq or orca. The second wave (8 guardians) wasn't what was asked about. The reason for warping a rorq to any site is beyond me,but it will not cause a guardian wave in any class of wh.

From what i tried i have never seen a carrier trigger 6 guardians in a c4 battlesite.
Is this something new?

Did you actually see the combat site escalate and more Battleships spawn or is it your understanding that is what's supposed to happen
My corp is getting ready to build a carrier in our C4 and we need to confirm that it is possible to secalate.
Any 1 with 1st hand experience to reply would be apreciated

ive also been a long time resident of a c4 with cap ships, dread carrier orca and rorqual, and none of them give site esculation on any of the anomolies mag or radar. It is only c5 or c6 that do this, not sure how you did it zen

My group built a carrier in a C4, tons of work, never saw escalation. However, it was fun to own every site down to the ground, with a small group.
