The lottery is now finally closed and a winner will be drawn shortly.
As for the cheeky part, yes a bit perhaps and tickets will be adjusted a bit in the future (hence the 1500-2000 part) to better reflect values a bit and attempt to make them finish a bit quicker, reason is the current ship was "promised" a return based upon older values as the pilot have been waiting in queue to offload it.
