sell it as a whole under the actuall marketprice to some trader
get it hauled to jita to sell it there

Why is it so hard to figure out yourself?
Calculate what you would make if you were to sell it in Jita, get a quote from a freighter corp, ask them what it would cost to haul all that, then substract hauling cost from potential sell value, compare to what you would get if you were to sell it where it is now. I mean is it that hard?
Just the fact that you weren't able to answer this yourself I'd suggest you just dump it on someone where it's at right now.

allrdy thought about red frogging will probably be the best solution

There is no such website as http://www.eve-central.com as it simply does not exist.
Don't even bother putting that URL into the address bar of a browser and hitting <enter>.
A complete and utter waste of time really. You'll probably end up at some goat pron site or something equally vile.

Eve Wallet Aware or JEveassets will value it for you by reference to average prices on eve central or eve metrics. I don't know how close to jita prices it would get you though.
And for that amount of stuff - i would sell it in jita (whether you do it yourself or bulk sale it to a reseller). You may get slightly better prices elsewhere but if you want to shift it in a reasonable length of time you need volume of sales.

you'll get a proxy error at the moment 'cause their CherryPy instance shat the bucket... true story...
