Now the question is, why a good CA corp (FFS, they're still hunting stainers!) was kicked? I have two guesses: a) Foyle was fed up with such stupid cases and people trying to boycott CA policies all the time (it clearly looks so from convo). This means she should resign from her job, as her overworking damages entire alliance. SE/FA/CFS/Xe manage to work w/o foyle. so can CA. b) Someone outmanevoured WC to kick ROME. My guess would be beloved russians, as they are only ones who got business in it. You see, before ROME came to Detriod, refining station was given to UAI, so they could defend it. They moved there and keep it for 3 weeks, before ROME came in. Now, there is no way to check how many minerals were refined, so nooone can check if UAI refinded their own refines (they came to detriod same time they took the station, so totals wouldn't change). After ROME took over, they moved out, totally. Now the station isn't guarded by anyone. My guess is that they'll wait till situation gets really dire, then return as a saviors. Standard KOS procedure involve full Council vote. ROME was KOSed by orders of WC, which doesn't really have right to do so, and especially in this case - did not have any reason to act so. Also regarding WC decision itself. NOONE from WC was in Detroid and know anything about situation first hand*. It probably looked like that: Foyle: guys, ROME have stole tons of minerals from holding corp. We need to KOS them or they'll run with it. WC: Uhm, well.... seems we have to do it. We haven't seen those in hlw anyway. Sad, but needs to be done:(
