the fit doesn't really matter, because whatever you fit, you'll be able to do the anomaly, and you'll die to any half decent gang that finds you.

No matter how well you fit your ship, it will still be a sitting duck to a "gank squad's" probe ship
If you do want to run anomalies in a carrier, get a few friends to join you and act as "support." Carriers, and capital ships in general, should NEVER be alone. _______________________

Ignore the haters.
Personally i dont see any issues with running anoms in a carrier, i know loads of veteran 0.0 toons that run faction BS to rat, which cost the same as a carrier.
The fit is not important, just keep your combat fit and you will be fine, dont bother trying to squeeze a load of drone control units in, 10 fighters/sentries is more than enough and a standard pvp tank does the rest.
keep your nose pointed at a pos/safe and you will never get caught, unless you are napping

tbqh, the only place to run anomalies is in 0.0 in a system that has the appropriate upgrades to V. You will need to non nom on Havens and Sanctums to get any sort of decent return and to get that, you will need to be part of a good corp in a good alliance that has such a space.
If you take your carrier into a low-sec system to run anomalies, make sure you have insurance because your carrier will last about as long as it takes for someone to jump into system and notice you on their system scan.
