Is the gang limited by a maximum jump range on the covops jump generator? Jump Drive Calibration? note: for clarity, this is different to the maximum jump range for the black ops ship itself. tks Cyrus

I was always under the impression that if you saw a blackops ship on 360 it should always be seen as an entire fleet not one ship since it can jump in a fleet of ships at will...or so i thought =)

(Not vice versa) - Only ships that are able to fit a Covert ops Cloak can use a Covert Jump Portal (you don't actually need a cloak fitted) - The range of the Jump Portal is the Same as the Jump range of the BO ship - ie it is controlled by the pilots Jump Drive Calibration skill, max is around 4LY Basically it works exactly the same as a Titan Bridge except only Black ops capable ships can use it.

Thanks for the response. Shame I don't have the ship skills for BOs, otherwise id love to test these kinds of things on sisi.
