I want to install eve to my other PC, I have the EVE_Premium_Setup_156690_m.exe, after installed, the auto update error, so I try to download the patch 156690 to the newest from EVE DOWNLOAD in eveline.com, but couldn't do it. The download link is not effective.

You cannot download this file? Or you cannot run it to patch the game?
If you cannot download it, check if your proxy/firewall/antivirus is causing you problems because I can download it just fine from that link.
If you cannot patch the game with it, it is possible you have corrupted the game while trying to autopatch.
Reinstall EvE on that computer, do not run it, and try to patch again. That should work...

if it is just to another PC , copy your current TQ folder to that machine and just run the exe
