The Story:
I decided to give mining a try so I trained up a solid mining character. Later I ran a POS network and wanted to have a backup source for fuel in case the market went haywire. When it comes to mining, this lady can do it all perfectly.
Starting Bid: 2.0 Bil (200mil isk per 1mil SP)
Minimum Increment: 100 Mil
Reserve: None
Buyout: Make me an offer I can't refuse.

Thank you for the offer but for now I'm going to hold out and see what bids roll in. Would you like to convert that to a 2.1bil bid?
My reasoning is that I see a number of hulk pilots sold for 2.0-2.5bil that don't have Exhumers V and Mining Upgrades V, which alone account for another 2mil SP and are very helpful to a Hulk pilot. Some that sold for over 2bil couldn't even use all the T2 crystals.

Yeh I'll make that a bid.
One thing I'll mention, and I don't say this in a bad way, but they normally have 1-2m in drone skills.

Yeah, that's a fair point. I hadn't considered it since I only used her to mine ice in highsec where the NPCs were impotent and mining bots can't mine ice.
Since she finishes Mining Upgrades V in a few hours, I'll start her on Drones next. By the time the auction is over she'll have Drones V, Mining Drones III or IV and Drone Interfacing III. That way it'll be less than a week of training for the new owner to get her to competent drone skills consisting of:
Drones V
Drone Interfacing IV
Mining Drones IV
Scout Drone Operation IV
Drone Navigation IV - Mining drones move so slooooow :-(

Ok, time for the daily bump. Also, after receiving a half dozen or so offers, I've got an idea of how much I can reasonably expect from the toon. New buyout is 2.8 bil and I will edit the auction listing in a few minutes to reflect that.
To everyone that made offers, thank you and sorry for all the haggling, I just don't sell characters that often and I'm trying to squeeze as much ISK as I can out of the deal.
