does anyone know of any popular mining areas that are located in 0.4 or below?

I haven't checked prices since the patch, but the last time I did, there was virtually no point in mining in low sec, at all, ever. --------------- Faction-Militia:Player-Alliance::Newbie-corp:Player-corp |

There are none because lowsec mining is pointless.

Any low sec miner worth their salt wouldn't tell you where they're currently mining. It's an invitation for griefing.

Well actually with all the pirates off in high-sec blowing ships up there, maybe low-sec belts really are safer...
However, Jaspet and whatever crap grows in Amarr and Caldari 0.4-0.3 space (can't be bothered to check on it) isn't worth much more then Veldspar. The real money is in gravimetric sites.

Actually found a nice grav site today, problem is it's right on the Caldari Amarr border where every ganker in the universe sits. I couldn't imagine bringing a mining crew through there, it'd be suicide
