I logged on today, and get this message every 1 min, and 37 of the messages appear...
is it me, my cpu, or a ccp issue that will hopefully be resolved..
the message is: The specified proxy or server node (1001105) is dead
anyone else getting the same message?
anyone know how to solve this problem?

Yes, I'm getting the message, except 2 other nodes. I was in Lower Debyl when I lost connection then started getting the node errors. It was up to 10 nodes down, but now its 2. Guess some one tripped over the server plugs.

im not able 2 get bk on2 eve atm as it says...

wen i try and log in2 the station that im at?
how am i meant 2 get around this so i can start playing again?
if any1 could help that would b great :O)

i can get into the game, all loads up fine, just the warning keeps coming up, i think i can do everything, just keep getting the error,which prevents me from being able to click on anything
well hurry up CCP, we pay to play, not pay to own a useless account..
from a progressively disgruntled customer..
sort it out, we are all paying to play, and your constant bugs are starting to P**S me off,
as i am also an ATI card user, in which your fixes dont work..

Running two chars and can't log on with either...... I am getting extremely PO'd, sure, once in a great while I actually get in only for the LAAAAGGGGGGGg to cause a time out and the server to crash me.......
Why is there no posting or messages from the DEVs or support saying they are doing something about it......
Paying alot of money a month to play and not being able to log on Friday night and so far all day Saturday (EST U.S.A.) is getting a little retarded.
FIX IT ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very Frustrated user.  |

this is starting 2 get a bit annoying 4 me as i hav a skill that will b finishing in a few hrs and i hav bn trying 2 get on2 eve 4 the past 2.5hrs :O(.
im still getting this error and many others....

Same issue here, I solved it by not starting both accounts at the same time.

I sent in a petition since one of my chars could log in, the only thing they did was move him to another system. I was able to log in, but can't do anything else because I get constant server node errors. I sent in a question to the GM's telling them of this problem, but doubtful they will get it because I got more server node errors. In the petition I explained in details what server nodes were dead, but apparently they just saw "stuck in LD". This error has been going on to long without any replies or statements by the anybody official.

I'm getting this too. I think their chat server is all screwed up. None of my text channels were present and nothing was showing up in local.

Same here as well..
What's odd is this has now just started in my trials trying to fix the freezing problem I've got each and everytime I move cargo, fire missiles/guns, etc

C'mon Gms throw us a bone..is the chat system causeing this and is it only effecting certain systems.? My chat is only showing the localand I'm getting the node message every five seconds or 10 seconds..should we be trying to change systems between clicking in the OK button?

I don't think a lot of people are having the same problems as us, thats why CCP doesn't care right now. This has been going on for over 5 hours, 3 chars can not even get passed entering station message. I think the entire server needs to be restarted, because the server has been reading the same amount of people logged in for the past 5 hours (9,124 people). Seems like no amount of questions or petitions will get them to realize there is a problem.

This is one of the lowest 'avg. players per hour' MMORPG games out there and it's $15 a month. You'd think they can get their program straight after 4 years of operation.
This type of crap is what makes new customers (like me) much more willing to cancel instead of buying another account.
Glad I haven't killed my DAoC or CoH accounts...this is the game I've been looking for ever since I stopped playing Trade Wars but this type of unreliability is NOT worth $15 a month

Well, thankfully I was training 4 days+ long training stuff, but this is still BS. Only certain players it seems are getting screwed over by this. I created a new char just so I can talk to corp mates, and he is not having problems at all.

Well, I am able to log in now with no error messages. I did a complete reinstall of EVE and it works on both my computers. I suggest trying it.
