We encourage people to fly together whenever possible. Everyone is encouraged to participate, contribute and help us evolve into an even greater corporation. Everyone is required to at least listen on voice comms. IMPSS do it all. We have operations ranging from Low Sec / 0.0 / WH PVP roams to Mission running and Mining. Operations happen both planned or spontaneously and everyone is welcome. Whatever you like to do, you will probably find likeminded people to team up with. We encourage diversity and want you to have fun playing the game. IMPSS are friendly and helpfull. Old hands and new pilots alike are happy to help you out with advice and guidance. We believe in a strong community where everyone is respected regardless of experience and profession. IMPSS are honorable. We dont allow griefing, can flipping, suicide ganking etc. Smack talk of any kind is not tolerated. We do not encourage agressions in low sec. However, we are NBSI in low sec, 0.0 and WH Space. We have pilots from most timezones, with a focus on US and EU. We would like all recruits to have above 3.5 Mil Skillpoints. All potential recruits are required to post their Limited API key in their applications. Once upon a time in our C3 wh a few of our corp members was completing sleeper sites when suddenly the evil pirate corp warped in and ganked our brothers in arm. The FC made the call through corp chat and evemail to send all available combat pilot to the high sec wh enterance. Within 30 minutes 20 to 25 ships was system, ready to kill and die on command. Most were in t1 cruiser, bc and bs with pvp fit and there were a few flying hulks with neut and indy ships carrying cap boosters, nanite paste, and ammos. FC gave the command for recon ship to enter the wh, cloak up, and provide intel. Recon reports no ship in immediate area. FC gave the second command, "BS tank enter the wh." As soon as the BS tank got out of cloak after entering the wh, Five pirate corp ships warped in and started firing their weapons at our BS tank team. "This is BS tank one taking damage. 25% armor. Need assistance." FC gave the last command, "all ships enter the wh and kill'em all. Reppers adjust your attention to BS tank tanking heavy damage." 10 minutes later all pirate corp members was podded, but they happen to take 3 of our own. TBH this wasn't really a true story, but it could happen if you joined Imperial Tau Syndicate.

Been a member for about 4 months now, one of the most consistently active corps I've been in... Constant wh ops and pvp opportunities every day and usually a group of people running lvl 4's most of the time drop in our public chat channel "tau corp" to say hi and ask questions
