I was thinking it would be neat to have a game tournament or videotaped session where all the players played a first person shooter, maybe like two teams of 8 doing modern warfare 2 in search & destroy, lots of rounds. The extra special part of this tournament or video (or both) is that every time somebody dies, a referee with a taser or cattle prod shocks them. I think this would change the way people play the game into a more cautious and realistic way, especially if the taser is very painful. I also think this would make a hilarious video, although the gameplay footage itself might be interesting as well. It might also make a good accessory for the call of duty modern warfare 2 special gold ultimate addition, perhaps a shocking vest and a webcam to ensure a lack of cheating, along with its own special game mode(s)? Extra awesome would be the next more expensive edition, which contains a kevlar shocking vest and helmet that are actually class 3 bullet resistant (estimated value around $800) as well as branded with different modern warfare 2 logos and designs. This might also work in an eve-online tournament via podding, although I should note eve already has a much, much higher death penalty than modern warfare 2, which has close to zero penalty for dying (no nukes is technically a penalty) along with a high reward for killing, which is kind of backwards in a lot of ways...

I got it, every time you die there's a pop-up with a wall of text and a quiz afterwards, to get on playing, so you can't just skip it like I did the OP.
