Use a Y-T now that they are so cheap. 1.2) You have spare CPU and PG due to the Cloak, use higher tier guns. If you give me the "but 220s track better!" excuse then I will literally rage at you. 1.3) You tell people to kite at ~20k+ but you only fit 1 TE? Your damage at range is not very good with just a single TE, embrace how good they are. You mention Ambits, but they are terrible. What you should do instead is use agility rigs and fit a TE in place of the Nanofiber. Ambits should never be fitted now that TEs are so insanely good. 1.4) This is more a personal thing, so I will not fault you for it. But I think you are using too many speed mods on your Vagabond. You are primarily going for ratter & tackler kills, this requires high damage (and in the case of tacklers, decent tracking). Speed does not help you much once the fight has started. 1.5) How I would do it (again, personal preference): [Vagabond, Roaming Cloak] Gyrostabilizer II Gyrostabilizer II Tracking Enhancer II Tracking Enhancer II Gyrostabilizer II Large Shield Extender II Large Shield Extender II Y-T8 Overcharged Hydrocarbon I Microwarpdrive Warp Disruptor II 425mm AutoCannon II, Barrage M 425mm AutoCannon II, Barrage M Dread Guristas Cloaking Device 220mm Vulcan AutoCannon II, Barrage M 425mm AutoCannon II, Barrage M 425mm AutoCannon II, Barrage M Medium Polycarbon Engine Housing I Medium Polycarbon Engine Housing I Warrior II x5 It has much higher DPS and range while sacrificing some of the agility / speed that you seem to insist on having. 2) Your choice of ammo. You should definitely include RF Phased Plasma and RF Fusion in this. There is no reason not to have these on hand as they are now equal to RF EMP in stats (except for resists, of course). This is extremely important as Fusion and PP are often the difference between getting a kill before backup arrives or not. 3) You should cover anomaly (they are not called complexes) scanning. You call it a curse, but I call it a blessing. While it takes a little longer to narrow them down, carebears often feel much safer in anomalies but they are still easy to find. 4) You should cover scanning while fighting. This is extremely important to get a heads up warning on whether or not additional people are incoming. 5) Edit: You did, I suck. There's other things, but they don't stand out so much. Great stuff though - it did a really good job of covering a way to find good systems to roam to through DotLAN. Will it be close (Rupture hitting structure) when engaging a ratting Raven? Yes, but the Raven will (most likely) die if no backup arrives. It always depends on their fitting and whether you've picked the right ammo and you're hitting their resist hole - in Serpentis Space I've had a lot of fun with the Rupture using Fusion for Armor and EMP for shield tankers. Anyways, it's moot arguing about it, everyone has their own opinion and what works best for them. I'll concede and say: It does not kill ratters as well as a Vagabond, but it works good enough.
